LOCATION
Mudlark is a detached stone cottage set along a quiet road in Salcombe. Continuing along the lane takes you across fields to Batson Creek. Outside there is parking for one medium-sized car and the nearest shops are 3 minutes walk away. The cottage is quaint and characterful with low ceilings and original features, and offers cosy luxury in winter or summer to explore the surrounding area.
Enter via a small courtyard into the Kitchen/Dining area. Wooden dining table with chairs and bench seating (seats up to 10). Everhot cooker (similar to an electric Aga), fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher. Utility/Shower room with washing machine leads from the kitchen and Bedroom 1 with a double bed (5’) and wash basin. A steep staircase leads off the kitchen going up to two further bedrooms. Bedroom 2: A bunk room with a bespoke eaves bunk. Bedroom 3: Two (3’) single beds or a super kingsize double. Living room with access to the garden. Bathroom.
Parking: Space for a small sized car.
Garden with patio area, BBQ and views to Batson Creek and hot shower for sandy children or dogs.
